ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Concord, North Carolina

Our client, a local beverage manufacturer, is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Concord

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.

  • Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.

  • Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority.

  • Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment.

  • Calibration of any/all equipment and instruments as assigned.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

  • Experience with high-speed filling and packaging equipment preferred.

  • Commitment to safety and following established safety rules and regulations.
