They are seeking a Lead Execution Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Finance & Risk Regulatory team supporting Commercial Banking. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial banking, FR Y-14Q, and regulatory reporting, which will align well with the organization's needs.

Job Title: Lead Execution Consultant

Locations: Charlotte, Dallas, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Phoenix, New York/New Jersey, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Francisco, Concord, St. Louis

Pay Range: $70-75/hr

If you are passionate about the intersection of Data and Banking, this hybrid role might be perfect for you. You will spend 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.

The Lead Execution Consultant will collaborate with CB Lending Transformation product groups, Front Line Risk and Control, CB Operations, Risk, Finance, and other teams to identify, articulate, and deliver data solutions that support key business initiatives and mitigate risks. You will need to understand various regulatory reports (e.g., Basel III, Y14Q, 2052a, BSA/AML), map reporting requirements to physical elements in the CBL system, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.

  • Lead data transformation and remediation activities with Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leaders across CB and CIB.

  • Participate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, and pre-planning, working with product managers and stakeholders to define the architectural approach and objectives.

  • Simplify the end-to-end data supply chain for high-priority regulatory reporting (e.g., FRY 14Q, FR 2052a) while ensuring continuity during transformations.

  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise for complex companywide strategies that significantly influence business and financial operations.

  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives using strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of Business Execution and international business.
