Key Responsibilities

As a Service Electrician, you play a crucial role in our team. Customers rely on your expertise to resolve their electrical issues and to ensure the safety of their homes. Your primary duties will include:

• Eectrical needs, from installations to repairs, including complex tasks like panel replacements and wiring. Residential service experience is essential.

• Being the face of Mister Sparky of Grand Rapids, delivering the high-quality customer service we’re known for.

• Ensuring the safety of yourself and the customers by leaving their homes safer than you found them. You'll identify opportunities and solutions that enhance the safety of their families and properties.

Job Requirements

To qualify for the Journeyman Electrician position, you must meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years of professional electrical experience.

• A State of Michigan Journeyman's Electrical License.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Clear a background check and drug screen.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay for our Electricians ranges from $34.00 to $45.00+, based on experience. Our technicians receive a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentives related to additional work and job profitability.

We handle appointment scheduling, allowing you to focus on your expertise—repairing customers' homes. Additional benefits include:
