We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the safety and functionality of our work environment.

Position Overview:

As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with external vendors to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, you will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the efficient operation of our facililities! Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of facilities.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and renovations.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.

• Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and warranty information.

• Monitor facility systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and take corrective action as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the maintenance department.
