Originating as an Allis-Chalmers dealership in Colusa County, California, ARNOLDS has grown into a comprehensive destination offering an extensive range of new and pre-owned parts, service and repair solutions, and a fully equipped machine and fabrication shop tailored to meet the diverse needs of agriculture equipment owners and more.

Job Duties:

• Perform excellent customer service
• Take and fill parts orders made over the phone and from the parts counter
• Take and fill parts orders for service department work orders
• Assist with purchasing and management of stock orders and special orders
• Ensure that all orders are filled/shipped accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on sales orders
• Provide billing department with necessary details to complete invoicing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock rooms and store front

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of farm and heavy equipment parts and field supplies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with shipping and freight management
• Must possess computer skills with strong experience with MS Office
• Must possess a valid drivers license and insurance
