LOCATION: Columbus Center of Excellence SUMMARY: Coordinates business commercialization activities for American Packaging Corporation ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinate Scale-Up/Commercialization functions. Establish and participate in all necessary conference calls and meetings pertaining to commercialization of new business. Coordinate the efforts of all departments related to FG item creation and Master Estimate creation within the Workfront and Radius environments. Coordinate business commercialization issues, including but not limited to: customer service, logistics, graphics, customer and internal specs, HR & delivery date improvement and demand planning/forecasting. Understand and analyze business success/effectiveness of pre-commercialization trial program. Understand job/production costs to drive sound business decisions. Investigate and Analyze customer related inquires. Expedite information to customer, sales representative, and/or manufacturing including, but not limited to: HR date communication, graphics availability, price quotations, samples, or any other pertinent information necessary in commercializing new business. Identify and implement systems/processes that provide best business practices as it relates to customer order entry, order pricing, inventory reporting, technical specifications, and graphics specifications. Correspond with company sales force and field technical service group as needed to address customer support issues as it relates to onboarding new business. Contact other departments, locations, and resources (within the organization and external) to obtain and provide information. Assist in generation of account specific reports including but not limited to inventory of finished goods, raw materials, order status as needed and any other reports per customer needs and requested.
