Description PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Create appropriate vendor agent forms when new client is on-boarded. Obtain required signatures for vendor agent forms. Create and maintain folders on SharePoint by client and by vendor for vendor agent forms. Maintain database of required vendor agent forms and expiration dates. Complete required updates to vendor agent forms. Create tracking system for the vendor agent forms. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to be a team player. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of internal customers, both orally and in writing. Well developed organizational and follow through skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Expertise with navigating through the internet. Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus, but not required. MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of clerical work experience in an office environment.
