Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Support the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring adherence to processes and due dates. Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project management of live learning events, with a focus on virtual webinars. Technology Management: Set up, host, and manage technology-enabled learning programs. Compliance: Collaborating with compliance to qualifying the session for CPE, Learning Management System (LMS): Manage registration and program set up within Crowe University. Communication: Communicate and manage participant expectation, registration, attendance requirements, and prerequisites. Facilitator Support: Educate facilitators on the effective use of technologies and instructional methods. Virtual Event Production: Produce webinars and manage instructors and all in-event logistics, including troubleshooting during events. Key Attributes and Skills for Success: Organization and Project Management: Exhibits strong planning, organizational, and project management abilities, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently. Communication and Customer Service: Strong written and oral communication skills with a positive customer service orientation. Stakeholder Collaborations: Skilled in upward and cross-functional management and effective collaboration with learning colleagues at various roles and levels. Inquisitiveness and Analytical Thinking: Asks the right questions and demonstrates strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fast Learner with Technological Aptitude: Quickly grasps new concepts, processes, and technology with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Resourcefulness and Continuous Improvement: Creative in utilizing available resources and operates with a continuous improvement mindset regarding processes and policies. Qualifications: Preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of work experience in a related field. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
