Current Need: The McKesson GCO is seeking an experienced healthcare attorney to join the legal team supporting The US Oncology Network and Intrafusion. This position will report to the Managing Lead Counsel on the legal team supporting The Network. Primary responsibilities for the Network are expected to be supporting the operations teams that are responsible for the day-to-day management of all business aspects of the oncology practices in The Network, the compliance team that helps McKesson and the Network practices maintain compliance with healthcare and other laws, and the data, technology and informatics teams responsible for data governance in The Network. For Intrafusion, this attorney will provide support for contracts and other matters for Intrafusion under the guidance of the Managing Lead Counsel.
