Responsibilities Executes full life cycle searches for entry level to Director level positions to include: develop the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients. Complete references and assessments. Understands the NCH Diversity Strategy and networks with external diversity groups in order to create a sourcing pool of potential candidates. Follows all regulatory requirements to implement diversity recruiting activities. Proactively identifies and resolves issues and applies greater decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Serves as a mentor to others within own service line. Plans and executes internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events; chairs the planning committee; establishes and adheres to budget; and monitors metrics to measure success of event. Networks with Employee Resource Groups, participates in Community Work Force Development, HNHF workshops, job fairs, school presentations. Supports college recruiting to fulfill hiring needs. Proactively sources candidates using a variety of methods and tools including networking, social media, list serves, crowdsourcing, passive candidate compilers, e-blasts, cold calling, resume databanks, Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, as well as other sites and job aggregators/search engines. Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders. Assumes responsibility for recruitment efforts and outcomes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field is required.
