We are seeking an experienced and Senior MarCom Specialist to support our Advertising and US Tradeshow activities, aligning with strategic goals. This individual will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and ensuring effective communication across all marketing channels. This role also includes providing support for global communications when required. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will make an impact by.... Advertising Support: Provide strategic input for developing and implementing advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Assist in managing advertising budgets and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns to optimize ROI. Collaborate with internal designers and media agencies to produce compelling advertising content and campaigns. Stay updated with the latest market trends and advertising technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our advertising efforts. Americas Tradeshow Support: Plan, coordinate, and manage aspects of tradeshow participation in the Americas Region, providing strategic insights as needed. Participate in the development of tradeshow strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and generate high-quality leads. Work with Global Marketing Team to ensure consistent and impactful tradeshow messaging. Evaluate the success of tradeshows and provide actionable insights for future events. Americas Internal Communications Support: work with Americas Business Region on internal and external communications. Global Communications Support (as needed): collaborate with international teams to support internal/external communications. The talent we want to inspire has.. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on advertising and event management. Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns and tradeshow management. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, advertising platforms). Willingness to travel for tradeshows and other business events as required. This would be a plus but not a must! Experience working in a global environment and supporting international teams. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media strategies. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Background in the aviation industry is a benefit but not essential. Experience with HubSpot is a benefit but not essential.
