Summary:
The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Lead QA analyst to provide leadership in QA activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have:
- This role requires experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), DR and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Incumbent will be responsible for multiple, concurrent testing efforts as needed. Coordination with project resources is critical (test analysts, project managers and business SME's will be key).

Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates and interaction with other scrum team leaders.
Create Test Strategy/Plan Document for user stories and larger scale efforts (Feature(s)/Epic) (working closely with Development team, SME's and Business to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria to be met during testing).
Background with end-to-end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration
Adhere to best practices in testing while continuing to improve the quality and productivity.
Demonstrate proficiency in testing Core Salesforce capabilities such as: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.
Become subject matter expert in Huntington's use of the Salesforce platforms.
Expand understanding of enterprise cross-system integration testing such as processing events and interacting with APIs.
Expand knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem through QA activities on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mulesoft.
Work with business segment testers as need to support User Acceptance Testing, working closely with SME's and Business to ensure user criteria are clearly defined and testable, test data is available, and test results and defects are documented and addressed.
Work with scrum master’s to build out test execution metrics and be able to present those to leadership when requested.
Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review, and user group meetings for quality assurance.
Ability to perform sprint demos with business partners and stakeholders.
Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
Participates in planning and execution of off-hour production releases as needed
Coaching, mentoring and leading team members- including coordinating the testing between resources located onshore and offshore.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgement and problem solving.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years’ experience scripting and QA testing with some experience in the Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.
Understanding of the QA practice as it applies to the Agile lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service cloud, financial services cloud.
Bonus if some experience with Mulesoft and Marketing cloud.
Demonstrated progress toward building Salesforce skills through Trailheads and related certification exams

Compensation Range:
Total Base Pay Range 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
