JPMorgan Chase Quant Analytics Manager -Digital_Marketing_Personalization in Columbus, Ohio

As a member of the Omnichannel Analytics team, you'll be a key contributor to a crucial book of work and lead the transformation of marketing strategy across owned media channels - particularly digital (web site, mobile app and email) - to a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer centric model. You will require deep understanding of our platforms, capability, data assets and analytic tools to craft the vision for the future and develop a roadmap to get there. You will partner strategically across the firm with marketers, channel owners, digital experts, and the broader analytics community to help drive business goals through deep understanding of marketing analytics, servicing, operations, and optimization. \

Build measurement plan, performance reporting, testing agenda and analytical strategy for personalization workstream in digital and non-digital channels. Use your data analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve our customer's experience!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into measurable analytical plans

  • Develop and track channel performance KPIs, communicating findings to senior CCB leadership to improve personalization strategy

  • Build business-critical data capabilities like marketing attribution, valuation of customer engagement, improved servicing outcomes, and operations impacts and tracking of cross-channel marketing touches for each customer

  • Report performance of campaigns to prioritize resources towards high-potential initiatives and identify impact of personalization efforts across channels and experiences

  • Identify areas of improvement in ad-level performance, delivering recommended optimizations to product owners and channel management

  • Provide recommendations and/or guidance on standard metrics to area product owners

  • Identify opportunities for a better digital user experience through studying customer journey on the mobile app

  • Work with the Personalization and insights team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements

  • Collaborate with other teams to craft test measurement plans, interpret results, translate results into a program's impact to the company, prepare final documents, and present results to senior management in a fast-paced cadence

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in an advanced analytics role

  • Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries; experience with relational databases and data prep to summarize large datasets

  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements

  • Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset; experience with test experimental design and results analysis

  • Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations; strong ability to translate data findings into business story telling for leadership

  • Comfort building and managing relationships with both analytics and business stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Master's degree in related field

  • Advanced analytics experience, with preferred knowledge in one or more of these tools:, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI

  • Functional industry experience in marketing, operations, technology or finance
