Responsibilities * Manages School Health Services projects and programs, building community partnerships and setting goals to achieve desired outcomes. Leads planning and implementation for various school health partnership projects in Ohio's Appalachian counties in conjunction with School Health Services consultation and professional development work. * Monitors progress of multiple community projects working with partners to identify risks and implement necessary mitigation strategies. * Coordinates and plans for regional meetings, conferences, and events to support project goals and stakeholder engagement. * Identifies grant funding opportunities to support programming for School Health Services. Collaborates with key personnel to write and submit grant proposals. * Collaborates with education partners to ensure supports are integrated and aligned with school priorities and resources. * Monitors budget and project expenditures for the design and implementation of school health models ensuring efficient allocation of resources while identifying opportunities for cost-savings and efficiencies. * Oversees the evaluation of projects by utilizing data analysis and data management tools. Disseminates project reports to key stakeholders. * Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of community, state and national trends in related fields (e.g., community resource centers, school health, telehealth regulations, Medicaid billing changes). * Promot
