Job Description:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.

  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance check-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software tools.

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
