Job Profile Summary
The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ ERP strategy. This role will be responsible for creating integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure data exchanges between different banking platforms and ERPs
This position partners with Payment product, Digital and IT Delivery teams drive our roadmap and delivery of ERP integrations
The role is focused on
Defining & executing on ERP Integration Roadmap (examples include Quickbooks, SAP, Netsuite, Oracle, Kyriba)
Designing & Architecting ERP integration infrastructure - working with outside vendor/partners and internal tech teams for delivery
Build go-to-market strategy including Pricing as well as packaging within Payments & treasury value-prop

The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ ERP integrations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drives Voice-of-customer & vertical segment/sales feedback to define roadmap of integrations
Working with IT/Architecture teams - Own and define the architecture for AR & AP ERP integration strategy – including native UX, payment functionality and sync of banking data. development/modification.
They will collaborate with security teams and create integrations using various technologies and protocols
The Specialist will act as a subject matter expert in analyzing current reporting, mapping reporting needs, and validating ERP data
Support the design, testing, and implementation of integrations between ERP systems and resolve system integration issues
Design and implement customer onboarding and service model
Manages product group P&L including support business case for new investments
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in platform Integrations in business or technical capacity
5+ years of Payments experience with Fintechs or Banks
2+ years building/managing ERP integrations in a Fintech or a Bank
Bachelor's Degree
Understand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks, Kyriba and experience integrating financial software products with these systems.
Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Knowledge of ERP integration design patterns
Expertise in mapping Payment workflows within different ERPs
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly; Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
Experience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving
Proven written and oral communication skills including senior leadership presentation
Experience using Agile methods for custom hardware or embedded software development
Certification as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks

Compensation Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 Annual Draw (reconciled against earned incentive compensation
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
