FCSD is a true one-stop shop, offering comprehensive Diagnostics, Repair & Service Capabilities for a full portfolio of Electrified, Hybrid and Internal combustion vehicles globally.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the migration of existing 25 Parts depot facilities from Classic SAP EWM to EWM on S/4 HANA in North America & Europe.

  • Provide thought leadership for the development, structure, technology, and tools for running our parts depots globally.

  • Ensures software engineering excellence (e.g. best practices and quality) is achieved within the product line- leverage functional knowledge, thought leadership and influence on driving “out-of-the-box” implementation and keep customizations to the bare minimum.

  • Collaborates with other Product and Product Line Anchors to reduce complexity across the portfolio, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions across the portfolio.

  • Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective.

  • Clearly communicate technology strategy and vision to team members and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate software engineering excellence through actively Configuring, Coding, pairing, and performing code and architecture reviews with the software engineers within the product line.

  • Lead delivery of all approved projects - design, develop, deploy, and transition to operations all program and project commitments in a timely manner with high quality.

  • Support implementation of other initiatives and technical upgrades to the SAP platform

  • Accountable for issue resolution and service level performance

  • Ensure that appropriate security and controls are instituted within department and implemented within delivered solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with Ford Enterprise Technologies’ architecture standards for SAP implementations.

  • Responsible for resource management including resource planning, resource acquisition, employee development, employee satisfaction, workload management and compensation planning for SAP Technical team members.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 10+ years proven professional experience working as a SAP EWM implementation consultant / architect in large complex SAP EWM implementation projects, with hands-on experience in EWM configuration, of which at least 2+ years of experience must be with SAP EWM on S/4.

  • Excellent understanding of the overall SAP EWM solution and how it integrates with other components of the S/4HANA Suite (OTC, FICO, MM).

  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive API economy and solutions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Strong leadership and ability to motivate and lead teams including experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and Go-to-market leads.

  • Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience and teach others.

  • Experience with designing and configuring RF/Mobile Applications for warehousing.

  • Should possess complete knowledge on every phase of SAP implementation, including creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, roles and authorization, data migration, go-live support, and post go-live support.

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP RISE.

  • Worked in SAP implementations in NA & EU.

  • Worked in Classic EWM to EWM S/4 migrations.
