Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Buyer) to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be part of the procurement operations supporting various corporate office and learning center locations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Analyst (Buyer)

Location: Onsite; Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $25 per hour

What's the Job?

• Manage incoming purchasing requests in a timely manner and proactively communicate with requesters.

• Conduct market research and price analysis to establish reasonable purchase order prices.

• Monitor the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.

• Support the analysis and reporting of purchasing activities and supplier performance metrics.

• Provide customer support and guidance on procurement policies and purchasing tools.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain discipline, business, or related field or equivalent experience.

• One to three years of purchasing, procurement, or finance experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
