Acloche LLC Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift in Columbus, Ohio
Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician responsible for maintaining facilities and industrial equipment. This role involves ensuring a neat, professional environment while optimizing repair and maintenance costs. The technician will assist in developing and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Schedule: Monday -- Thursday, 8:30 PM -- 7:30 AM (Possible overtime on Fridays, 5 PM)
- Pay Rate: $29-32 (Dependent on Experience)
- Training: 1st shift for approximately 3-4 weeks
- At least five years in industrial maintenance or three years of technical school.
*Primary Responsibilities: *
- Troubleshoot and repair production machines.
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM) is scheduled.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and work orders.
*Qualifications: *
- Proficiency in basic computer and math skills.
- Familiarity with PLC programs (Siemens, ABB, Bosch) is a plus.
- Knowledge of control wiring and logic diagrams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending or stooping tasks.
- Strong multitasking ability and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Troubleshoot and maintain production machines and complete production lines.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) in a timely and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and applicable regulations.
- Maintain records related to materials and work orders.
- Assist in improving production equipment and controls to enhance productivity.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Basic computer and math skills required.
- Experience with Siemens, ABB, or Bosch systems is a plus.
- Understanding of control wiring and logic diagrams.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and bend/stoop as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with PLC and HMI troubleshooting is a plus.
Willingness to engage in hands-on engineering tasks.
