Position Summary The position responsibilities consist of completing outbound calls to current McKesson Reimbursement Advantage customers to provide an understandable picture of each member's benefits realized and opportunities missed through the McKesson Reimbursement Advantage program. In addition, this role will be responsible for answering inbound calls from existing McKesson Reimbursement Advantage customers, as well as providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and efficient resolution to and documentation of issues and activity. This position requires excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Make outbound phone calls to existing MRA customers to provide an understandable picture of each member's benefits realized and opportunities missed through the MRA program. Take inbound phone calls/emails from existing customers to correct issues, provide consultative support, give direction and actionable feedback, and address needs. Provide timely and accurate response to inquiries and efficient resolution to and documentation of issues and activity. Provide written summaries of detailed reports and document customers accounts. Contact customers on ACR opportunities and document customers' accounts Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience Education 4-year degree or equivalent experience Critical Skills 2+ years telemarketing/Customer Service experience Strong analytical and business skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Additional Skills Pharmacy operation (claims adjudication) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred. Ability to maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products, trends, and processes. Effectively manage customer expectations in terms of service and issue resolution. Ability to effectively communicate product, price and procedure information to customers and field sales representatives. Ability to work independently and prioritize work efforts to focus on highest value-added activities. Customer focused. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-orientated that requires little direction. Team player. Ability to manage timelines and goals. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills. Experience/exposures to Salesforce.com a plus. Working Conditions: Hybrid/Remote work environment - Must live near either Irving, TX or Columbus, OH Hub Office location. Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted - This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
