Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician - Level 3 in Columbus, Ohio
Work Location: Columbus, OH
Pay rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8AM – 5PM
May need to work overtime
On-call rotation required
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Maintenance Experience or trade school education
HVAC certification is required
Advanced knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliances
Driver’s License and valid car insurance
Personal, reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Proficient computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
Assist in snow removal as necessary.
Work on a rotating on call schedule.
Perform other duties as required.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
