Position: Maintenance Technician II

 

Job Summary: A Lighthouse Maintenance Technician supports the upkeep and function of the company's property and facilities, ensuring effective, safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations for staff and clients. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

Replace and finish sheets of drywall to maintain a polished

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with washer/dryer panel boards, carrying out effective replacements when necessary.

Replace or repair leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices.

Assess and resolve issues pertaining to building heating/cooling systems, electrical components, and water plumbing systems

Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of common electrical issues, aiding in quick problem

Identify necessary repairs or updates, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our
