JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Vice President, Online Investing Business Operations Manager in Columbus, Ohio

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has $600 billion in Assets Under Management and 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As a Vice President, Online Investing Business Operations Manager within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be a part of the business operations function for the Online Investing business. You will develop a deep understanding of JPM Online Investing processes, trading for all investment products, operational controls, and regulatory matters to ensure that key operational processes are functioning properly. You will coordinate with multiple partners and key stakeholders to develop, monitor, and ensure pristine controls and operational efficiency for the Online Investing business.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor and implement processes that ensure team is protecting the Online Investing business

  • Execute strategic projects to position the business for sustainable long-term growth and scalability

  • Partner with Service and Operations to resolve individual client related problems and use learnings from each instance to improve overall client experience

  • Proactively Identify and research issues and escalate to appropriate channels

  • Develop relationships with partner teams, including legal, risk, controls, compliance, risk and supervision by acting as a SME on behalf of the business

  • Proactively identify trends and potential control gaps and work to resolve

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in Wealth Management, Operations or Process Improvement

  • Strong operational background

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong project management skills and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Series 7 License required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
