This can be an in-office or hybrid role (in office as needed). Position Overview: Prime AE is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and dynamic IT Manager with expertise in software development and infrastructure support to lead and manage our IT operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning our IT strategy with business objectives, overseeing software API development initiatives, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. You will lead a dynamic team of approximately eight IT professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure the delivery of efficient, innovative, and reliable solutions to drive business growth. Primary Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the company's IT operations in alignment with business goals as planned in the SVP IT roadmap and enterprise architecture. Manage and mentor a team of software developers, system administrators, and IT support staff. Collaborate with department heads and executives to identify technology needs and ensure IT alignment with company objectives aligned with the IT roadmap and enterprise architecture. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for business processes. Software Development: Oversee the planning, design, development, and deployment of software applications and solutions. Software development experience is mandatory. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of software projects. Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, testing, deployment, and UAT. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including version control, quality assurance, and security compliance. Infrastructure Support & Operations: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions. IT and Infrastructure management experience mandatory. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems and services. Both cloud, on-prem, and virtualized. Lead efforts based on strategy and guidance from SVP of IT to implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity plans. Oversee security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and respond to security incidents. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and services. Build and maintain controls on SLAs. Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support the business's
