Bath & Body Works is seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Digital HR team, with a passion for innovation and delivering technology solutions. As an Apps Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our recruiting and talent technology to support our ambitious growth goals. This position offers the opportunity to deploy technology solutions to enhance recruitment processes, drive operational efficiency, and elevate the user and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management: Lead the end-to-end administration, support and maintenance for recruiting and talent technology like Avature, Sense and Symphony Talent; and collaborate with SMEs, technical team and vendors on integrations and optimizations.

  • Provide overall project management for HR technology projects - implementations, designs, and deployment - prioritizing across multiple functional areas and global locations

  • Ensure all applications are up-to-date and properly configured and effectively integrated with other HR systems.

  • Create and maintain functional documentation including process maps, SOPs, training materials and project specifications

  • Provide day to day case management support and subject matter expertise for system-related inquires to users including talent acquisition, hiring managers, compliance and HR partners

  • Optimize vendor partnerships to increase our return on investment

    Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations. Customize applications to streamline processes, improve user experience and meet evolving business needs.

    Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously evaluate the performance and functionality of talent acquisition applications.

  • Find opportunities for improvement, implement enhancements, and optimize workflows to drive efficiency, improve productivity and enhance the hiring process.

  • Identify and communicate new capabilities within recruiting functional areas either as part of an upgrade or functional road mapping

    Data Management and Analysis: Ensure accurate and reliable data capture, storage, and reporting. Develop and maintain reporting that provided actionable insights for informed decision making.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in application management within HR technology, preferably recruiting technologies

  • 2+ years of talent acquisition functional experience

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing talent acquisition applications such as ATS, CRM or talent intelligence platforms.

  • Experience with Avature, Sense, and talent intelligence platforms are added advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes at large scale organizations in multiple countries

  • Demonstrable ability to make recommendations based on analysis and take lead on implementing continuous improvement / process improvement initiatives

  • Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions

  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain their viewpoint, analysis or conclusions to people at all levels

  • Demonstrated project management skills, time management skills,a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing requests.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate current state, find opportunities and implement a roadmap of change.

  • Stays on top of the latest technology releases and updates, leading practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and external vendors.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and HR compliance standards preferred

  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information

  • Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
