Current Need: McKesson is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Specialized Care Pharmacy, VP of Marketing, VP of Support Solutions, VP of Strategic Planning & Management, and VP of Market Enablement. The Executive Assistant will be a self-starter that thrives in taking initiative, providing valuable support within the Strategic, Community and Specialized Pharmacy business unit. Position Description: Provides and/or leads a full range of administrative support to multiple Senior Vice Presidents of the organization, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy Communicates directives and information from the SVP to executives, managers and others in the organization and follows up on the status of assignments Manage access to senior executives, by screening emails and other communications Maintains files, records, calendars, and reporting. Assist in arranging and planning travel, meetings and tracking expenses. Participates in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies, and practices for the organization Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to multiple vice presidents for the Strategic, Community, and Specialized Pharmacy business unit. Extensive calendaring, on and off-site meeting planning, travel arrangements, and other core administrative tasks Assist with internal and external meeting preparation to include presentations and reporting Utilize project management tools to monitor timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Collect, analyze, and format data for ad hoc and routine reports, as well as performance evaluations. Making high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company Preparing and processing expense reports Leading and/or managing special projects on behalf of the business unit Outlining drafts and finalizing correspondence Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature Minimum Requirement: Typically requires 6+ years of related work experience in an Executive Assistant role. Critical Skills: Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization to accomplish objectives Thorough knowledge of administrative support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently and effectively Ability to investigate and solve a variety of issues by employing considerable judgment, initiative and consistent follow up for complete and quick resolution Experience in a customer facing role Self-starter with superb follow up, attention to detail and flawless execution Strong event planning and management skills Strong interpersonal skills - proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy with excellent command of technology and software particularly Microsoft Office Suite including - Excel (spreadsheets), Word (word processing), Outlook (scheduling), and PowerPoint (presentations), Teams (meetings), and Salesforce.com.
