JPMorgan Chase Digital Workforce - Process Improvement Manager in Columbus, Ohio

The Digital Workforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is a global internal consulting team with high-visibility; responsible for leading critical business transformation, reengineering and diagnostic efforts throughout Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), with the ultimate goal of improving both operating and financial performance. Typical projects are commissioned by senior leaders throughout (CCB) focusing on disruptive innovations and driving transformations to adopt into digital operating models.

As a Process Improvement Manager in Digital workforce, you will utilize process engineering design principles and harness disruptive technologies to define target state business processes to achieve desired Return on Investment (ROI)/benefits.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prioritize, lead, and execute strategic initiatives to transform the business leveraging process and/or technology tools such as Robotic process automation(RRA), Machine learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Lean Six Sigma.

  • Lead client engagements, including interviews, workshops, and presentations, while managing multiple associates and analysts.

  • Oversee multiple work streams, collaborate with teams to build hypotheses, analyze complex problem, and develop key recommendations.

  • Manage day-to-day project delivery, scope problems, identify opportunities, design solutions, and quantify financial impact.

  • Apply new technologies to transform business operations and re-imagine business models leveraging industry innovations.

  • Advise and influence senior leaders and business executives on key decisions and major change initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain trust-based advisory relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities, skills:

  • MBA and 6 plus years' experience at a management consulting firm or in an internal consulting or process re-engineering role (or 8 plus years of experience in one of these roles in lieu of an MBA)

  • Strong consulting background with experience across different domains/industries and analytical tools.

  • Proven track record leading project teams, interfacing with senior leaders, and managing project budgets.

  • Strong ability to work across all levels of the business, communicate complex ideas effectively, and influence decision-making processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide and influence business innovation and strategy development.

  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the capacity to drive project momentum.

  • Willingness to travel as needed, with a range of 25% to 50% depending on the project.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Exposure to RPA, robotics/automation, and other emerging technologies.

  • Experience with Agile software development and product management principles

  • Demonstrated process improvement experience with formal Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
