What you'll do...

  • Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for engaging brand experiences

  • Develop creative concepts and visual systems that extend Ford IS's experience consistently across digital and physical channels

  • Craft impactful marketing campaigns and visual narratives that spark engagement and conversion

  • Design production-ready assets that establish a unique look and feel for IS initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept, storyboard, and execute integrated campaign ideas

  • Stay updated on digital design best practices and apply them to your work

  • Ensure visual design aligns with Ford master brand guidelines and identity standards

You'll have...

  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and strong visual design abilities

  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition

  • Experience designing for digital platforms, products, social media, and multi-channel campaigns

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and resilient to changing timelines and deliverables

  • Ongoing drive to understand emerging design, technology, and storytelling techniques

  • Ability to listen, internalize, and deliver on creative direction from leadership

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Art education in advertising design and conceptual thinking (preferred)

  • Experience in the automotive or technology industries (preferred)
