Job Title: Customer Success Specialist Location: Columbus, Ohio Business Line:Providing the most extensive product and service portfolios, where the airfield, apron, tower and terminal are the foundation for fully integrated solutions to support airport development and optimize operational procedures. The opportunity.... The Customer Success Specialist is primarily responsible for aftermarket sales and support for external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, programs, and systems. They actively seek and executs campaigns to grow aftermarket sales including spares, product upgrades, PMA (Preventative Maintenance Agreements) and service contracts while maintaining a high-level call center experience during business hours for customer support and customer orders. Supporting aftermarket order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling Maintaining customer information in the appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes Managing timelines and tasks to ensure schedules are met Selling products and services Communicating with customers to provide updates, field questions and respond to other requests Responding to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources Conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Providing Accounts Receivable follow up on past due accounts including collections calls, tracking / recording collections data and information from customers The talent we want to inspire has.. High school diploma and 2-5 or more years of customer service experience Ability to work with a variety of software and database systems to manager orders, pipelines and other company processes Ability to interpret documented rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred What's on offer We value you and your contribution in the business.
