Your Opportunity: Navitor, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team! In this role, you be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of our company by ensuring that all customer requirements and needs are completely met. You will be the single point of contact for our sales consultants and our customers, and will handle all estimating, order entry, outside vendor services, and customer service functions. Your Responsibilities: Act as a dedicated (but not exclusive) point of contact for designated accounts, Sales Representatives, or Account Managers and answer telephone calls and email inquiries related to our products and services. Anticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately. Assist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing, and processes. Accurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to multiple production facilities for the purpose of providing pricing to the customer, and to facilitate timely production of the end product. Track project status with multiple production facilities. Receive complaints from sales and/or customers and document details in operating system. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or credit; following up to ensure resolution. Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as necessary to ensure product availability for customers. Your Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you are within 30 miles of North Mankato, MN, you will be joining our team on a hybrid basis (onsite Tues-Thurs and remote Mon and Fri) If you are outside of the 30 mile radius of North Mankato, MN you will be considered fully remote You Must Have: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail, as well as the ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams We Would Also Prefer: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills Ability to work well independently and as a team, work under pressure, work with diverse personalities, effectively deal with conflict, and be held accountable for meeting deadlines Ability to define problems, collect data (investigate), establish facts, and draw valid conclusions About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
