Actalent Controls Engineer in Columbus, Ohio

Description:

Actalent is hiring Controls Engineers to support a commissioning and validation project for a Controls OEM.

This position will be a 6 month contract opportunity, is focused in the following areas.

• Attend daily morning meetings per line

• Supporting Commissioning and Qualification Activities

o Redlines

• Troubleshooting PLC / HMI

• Work with Automation Engineer and System Owner of equipment.

• Vision (Cognex) support

• Systech Serialization support

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5pm 45 hours total will be OT expected to work.

Plc programming, Gmp, allen bradley plc, siemens plc, Automation Equipment, IO Check Outs, Troubleshooting, Electrical

Associate Degree Preferred

Equipment Installation Experience preferred.
