Description Our Lamar office in Columbus, Ohio is now hiring a Business Development Specialist to help us bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Columbus, OH and the surrounding areas. The purpose of the Business Development Specialist (BDS) position is to meet and exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory by promoting and selling outdoor advertising to qualified advertisers. The primary goal of the BDS is to generate new business from accounts that have never billed with Lamar Advertising. A BDS is expected to use professional sales techniques, build relationships, and develop long term relationships that grow sales for Lamar Advertising. What you can expect from us: A Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm work schedule with paid holidays First-year earning potential of $45,000+ with uncapped including commissions, dependent on experience and selling ability.
