Robert Half Business Analyst Intermediate in Columbus, Ohio

Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate to join our team based in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate has worked cross-functionally to support Learning & Development solutions.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and designing business systems, acting as a liaison between clients and technical groups, and overseeing the execution of systems testing. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of our clients

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs from both a business and technical perspective

• Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups

• Capture and document business requirements for implementation

• Oversee the execution of systems testing to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Develop and implement design controls for EO/IR systems

• Utilize AB Testing methods to optimize business systems

• Regularly review and update business requirement documents.

Requirements

• Must have proficiency in Implementation processes.

• Should have demonstrated experience as a Liaison between different stakeholders.

• Ability to Execute business strategies and plans effectively.

• Must be able to prepare and handle Business Requirement Documents proficiently.

• Should have skills to Capture key business metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

• Experience in AB Testing is desired.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.

• Design controls knowledge is expected.

• Should have an understanding and experience of working with Business systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
