If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you. CoverMyMeds (CMM) is looking for an Associate Validation Implementation Analyst to join the Technical Solutions team. The CMM Technical Solutions Team supports the overall business strategy and advances the quality of healthcare by implementing and validating innovative solutions with superior customer focus. This position will be responsible for validation of configurations and process documentation adherence across multiple products and platforms. *Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working, but candidate must reside in the Columbus, OH area and be willing to come into the office from time to time for key meetings and face time. *We are unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position. Position Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Validates configurations for contracted services Document all validation and configurations processes used to support contracted services Peer reviews of other configuration validation processes Interprets internal and/or external business rules and issues and recommends best practices Follow all standard operating procedures and processes in order to deliver a world-class customer service experience for internal and external customers Qualifications Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills: 2+ years' experience software configuration validation Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and a proven ability to effectively work closely with other team members and other business units required General technical proficiency (MS Windows, Word, Excel, IE, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail to ensure quality and assurance of configuration Strong time management and organizational skills Additional Knowledge & Skills Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies Passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Strong oral, written and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly Passion for helping clients and employees achieve their goals Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation Education 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
