JPMorgan Chase Associate, Branch Engagement Marketing in Columbus, Ohio

Join our Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement & Branch Marketing team as an Associate within the Program Management pillar, where you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize key retail marketing processes and initiatives. This role offers a chance to increase efficiency and support speed to market for campaigns that increase retention, financial health, and digital adoption across the Consumer Bank, as part of a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

As an Associate in our Engagement & Branch Marketing team, you will showcase your project management skills and lead results by doing and being accountable for delivering required results. You will work collaboratively with many business partners while maintaining strong organization and focus. In addition, you will interact with many stakeholders throughout Consumer Banking Marketing. This role offers the chance to demonstrate strong project management skills, work collaboratively with many business partners, and thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to develop, lead and lead key departmental projects and initiatives that involve end- to-end process development and program management. Accurately document key processes and develop supporting procedures as needed.

  • Execute monitoring of key marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, the marketing claim playbook and process. Candidate is required to become well-versed in the marketing claim process and execute all supporting activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to lead operational efficiencies, and speed to market across projects.

  • Lead process-related working group meetings as needed, compiling all pre and post documentation and communications

  • Help manage campaign launch and timing issues across teams to increase speed-to-market and launch marketing initiatives on-time and on-budget

  • Manage ongoing campaign tracking tools to document planned in-market campaigns

  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Partner with team members to manage projects and initiatives. Attend status meetings and adhoc meetings as necessary to provide updates. Accurately document and communicate progress.

  • Work across multi-functional teams to ensure prioritization of digital Customer Engagement campaigns.

  • Ensure work is completed on time and that all requirements are executed according to scope.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ plus years of agency/project management experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

  • Ability to think strategically and manage the details of an assigned project

  • High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 4-year college degree

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
