How can you make an impact? McGraw Hill has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate Strategic Services Specialist. Reporting to the VP Strategic Services, the Associate Specialist Strategic Services is responsible for assisting the team in assembling and submitting a variety of deliverables for revenue opportunities and contracts for our K-12 product and services. This position is remote and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. What you will be doing: Supporting the Strategic Services team in completing State and District level bids, proposals and agreements Receiving, organizing, and submitting multiple requests for various parts of a bid, contract, and/or proposal Manage contract compliance reporting requirements for existing agreements and ensure deliverables are submitted Driving the completion of assigned tasks within Strategic Services team working with other groups as needed such as product operations and correlations Contributing to and monitoring a project schedule to ensure all assignments stay on task and track What you'll need to be successful: BS/BA required or equivalent experience At least 1 year of professional experience in bids, legal or educational administration background preferred Experience in supporting a fast paced, deadline driven team Experience and understanding of industry and how educational products are sold and delivered is a plus Demonstrated strong teamwork and customer service orientations and a desire to win Outstanding organizational and planning skills required Must have excellent communication skills, writing in particular. Must have a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and business communication, taking a sales-oriented approach when appropriate Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. SharePoint, Smartsheet or other multi-user/project management programs helpful. The pay range for this position is between $47,500-$60,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
