The Hilton Columbus/Polaris is currently seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for our 254 Room AAA Four Diamond property with over 15,000 square feet of meeting/event space. As the Asst. Front Office Manager you would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk under the direction of our Front Office Manager.

Here is what you will be doi ng each day:

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be a champion of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency at our AAA Four Diamond accredited property. You will build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time. You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments. You will assist in overseeing all aspects of the front desk and night audit, including the bell/shuttle staff. You will assist in identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies. This position requires open availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Required

  • 2-3 years: Must have at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
