Job Description: - Responsibilities - * Issuing guidance, based on applicable laws and regulations, is provided to Portfolio Management Teams, upon request for participation in new offerings of securities, bank loans and tender offers on behalf of fiduciary client accounts. * Review of Daily New Issue Alerts, including details of new issues purchased, ensuring purchases are in compliance with guidance issued and escalation of any issues. * Regulatory reporting of all purchases of fixed income and municipal new offerings of securities by proprietary and sub-advised U.S. mutual funds where client/company or other affiliated broker dealer is part of the underwriting syndicate. * Reporting of all purchases of equity, fixed income and municipal new offerings of securities by accounts contracted * Review terms of securities offering documents to provide guidance as to whether accounts subject to ERISA can invest in certain securities in the secondary market. Securities which require secondary market review are driven by rules in Sentinel which prompt pre-trade alerts. * Coordinate with Asset Management Corporate Action teams the request from client/company legal to provide aggregate amounts tendered by ERISA accounts and U.S. Mutual Funds for affiliated corporate actions, so that CIB can step out of associated fees.
