Honeywell Assembler - Level 4 - *Must have Electronics experience in Columbus, Ohio

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

1st shift (7:15am- 3:45pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions

• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet the required standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE

2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (group of 4)

Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Effective communication

Experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) reporting

Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong problem-solving skills
