Job Description

In this role, you will exhibit empathy and a sincere concern for each customer by fostering trust and loyalty. You will utilize various experiences, skills, and available resources to listen to customers and meet their needs actively.

Initially, this role will require training and working from home temporarily, during which time you will become familiar with our systems and processes. Following some exciting renovations, all staff will be required to report to our newly refreshed site permanently. Please note that working from home will not be an option after the site opens.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Address complex, unstructured problems through advanced conceptual thinking

  • Advocate for your customer, take ownership of the experience and utilize your expertise to deliver outstanding customer support to small businesses regarding their financial programs

  • Training and work from home (remote) before transitioning to on-site work

  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing business outcomes

  • Efficiently navigate and operate multiple programs and applications at the same time

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your expertise, integrity, knowledge, and genuine empathy will ensure value and success in every customer interaction. Key qualifications for our Customer Service Representative position include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED

  • Ability to multi-task on a computer

  • Be comfortable sharing product upgrade options

  • Must have at least 1 year or more of customer service experience. Prior tech support experience is preferred

  • Taking ownership over the solutions provided, going above and beyond to lead customers to the best outcome

  • Ability to exceed each customer’s expectations by providing personalized solutions

  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
