Job Title: Process Area Manager

Job Description

As a Process Area Manager, you will oversee specific manufacturing processes within the plant, ensuring that projects, programs, and systems support safety, productivity, and profitability. You will maintain budget control, manage labor schedules, and ensure a steady flow of materials and supplies necessary for manufacturing. Your role involves participating in technical planning, organizing resources, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clearly defined objectives. You will present manufacturing and cost summaries to management, consult with internal and external resources, and direct the work of hourly employees, engineers, and consultants. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, apply quality standards, and manage maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities also include overseeing equipment repairs, inspections, and ensuring all manufacturing processes comply with change management processes.
