REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 02/18/2025-10/20/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day, Sat, 9 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: bedding plants (annuals and perennials). This job requires a minimum of 3 months of verifiable agricultural experience work preferably in a greenhouse or nursery handling manual tasks including harvesting activities associated with production of bedding plants (annuals and perennials). Applicants must be able to furnish verifiable job reference(s) or comparable third party documentation from recent employer(s) establishing acceptable prior experience. Workers must be able to perform manual tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Plant, cultivate and maintain nursery plants, including perennials, bedding plants, vegetable plants and hanging baskets in condition for shipping and sale to customers. Pot seedlings. Attach hangers to baskets and hang throughout seasonal holding houses. Mow, cut, and weed fields. Perform ditching, shoveling, hoeing, hauling, ground preparation, and other manual tasks. Bending, stooping and kneeling required. Use hand tools including but not limited to hoes, shovels, shears, clippers, loppers, and saws.
