Sale Manager - Marine Accessories

We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead the charge in developing and executing customer go-to-market strategies for our Marine accessories business. As a key player in our team, you'll be accountable for driving growth across omni-channels, including marine retailers, distributors, and OEMs.As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact, exceeding targets and representing excellence in all interactions with our valued customers.

What you will do:

  • Craft and execute marine go-to-market strategies to position us as the premier brand in the Marine accessories category.

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies, managing national and private label brands to drive sales volume and profitability.

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure optimal assortment, selection, and demand generation for all customers.

  • Align execution plans with distributors and retailers' strategic initiatives, championing our omni-channel strategy and fostering strong collaborative relationships.

  • Drive new product launches, meeting targets within budget through tailored sales plans.

  • Overcome obstacles to achieve successful results, maintaining market leadership through innovation in promotional efforts and strategic merchandising.

  • Up to 30% travel to customers

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of five years of progressive consumer product goods sales leadership experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering consistent results, with marine industry experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability in account management and product sales, along with proficiency in sales planning and forecasting.

  • Proven success in building new channels from the ground up.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills, with a self-motivated and collaborative approach.

  • Experience with marine distributors, OEMs, and top-tier marine customers.

  • Background in both private label and national brand management.

  • 5 years of progressive sales leadership/account management positions.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
