This position features a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, allowing for extended time off while maintaining productivity. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified
• Ensure that production operations are meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
• Provide training to ensure knowledge transfer of production processes and procedures including in-process and final quality controls.
• Ensures quality standards are met at all times and supported with proper recordkeeping.
• Directs, maintains, and enforces safety and quality programs for the production facility.
• Maintains production metrics to track quality improvements.
• Supervise staff of production associates.
• Evaluate root cause and corrective action for customer returns and internal scrap.
• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize production of non-conforming parts, anticipate problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations.

Requirements for Production Supervisor:

• REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing facility
• PREFERRED
  • Supervisor Experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Windows and Office environment is preferred
  • SAP Experience is preferred
