Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising design-bid-build and design-build projects from start-up to close-out. You will oversee communications with owners, subcontractors, architects, designers, suppliers, and project personnel concerning project costs, staffing, and scheduling. You will lead our project execution teams, manage large, small, and/or multiple projects, and serve as the primary point of contact with contracting officers, end customers, and vendors. Periodic travel to job sites will be required to check quality, ensure contract compliance, and attend meetings with customers. You will also participate in proposal creation and estimating, establish work and staffing plans, coordinate and execute necessary documents, and ensure timely RFI requests and responses. Additionally, you will direct and coordinate project personnel activities, supervise Project Engineers, resolve technical problems, identify scope and schedule changes, and ensure quality assurance and compliance with plans and specifications.
