ManpowerGroup Facility Technician in Columbia, South Carolina

Our client in the facilities management industry is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the operations of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have competent computer skills, a valid driver's license, and completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $15 - $18

Shift: 2nd Shift 2p-11p

What's the Job?

  • Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts

  • Assist in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks

  • Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

  • General interior maintenance – hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems

  • Minor plumbing repairs

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical

  • Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable

  • Must have computer skills

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Trade licenses a plus
