EquipmentShare is Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to be based out of our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our Talent Acquisition team as the department continues to grow. The position will have the option to work remotely if desired.

A Recruiting Coordinator is a vital team member responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. This candidate will support recruiters by opening requisitions in Greenhouse, scheduling interviews, following up on interview feedback, scheduling debrief discussions, streamlining offer letters and driving all hiring paperwork. Strong communication skills and innovative thinking are essential in this role to ensure successful recruitment and timely project completion.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting by adding opening positions in the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse,

  • Assist recruiters by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage hiring paperwork within an assigned region.

  • Evaluate resumes of prospect candidates/pooling requisitions in Greenhouse.

  • Coordinate travel for candidates coming onsite to interview.

  • Close out positions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.

  • May conduct phone screens when needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing!

  • Ability to work well with a team.

  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs,etc.), Greenhouse, DocuSign, and/or Workday experience is preferred.

  • Availability to work 9am-6pm CST shift strongly preferred

    Education and Experience:

  • Must have prior experience in a related role

  • A background in HR, customer service or recruiting is helpful
