General Summary

Provide Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Quality Assurance Services and Database Analysis to the Department of Defense.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and keep record of inventory. Accurately label and track inventory. Capture accurate RPIE Inventories, to include all systems such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire alarm devices which are implemented into a preventive maintenance program. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, directives, and criteria governing the operation, maintenance, and repair of medical treatment facilitie Knowledge of any or all facets of these types of equipment are an essential part of this position's responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a computer-based or similar data entry position. DMLSS experience preferred. Ability to learn DMLSS required. Position will travel 75% of the time. Does not have to relocate to a company office. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to read and understand floor plans is preferred. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Strong work ethic and team player mentality. Work Environment
