Keysight Technologies is looking for a Supply Chain Process Analyst to join the Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for the development of automation tools to support a transition from manual tools to an ecosystem of digitalized and integrated tools. The role will work with the supply chain planning and procurement teams to understand current processes, understand opportunities to reduce low value-added tasks, propose new solutions, and drive towards the creation of those solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with planning, procurement, and supply chain team members to understand existing processes, tools, and resources within each role. Improve existing tools, or create new tools that transition the work from manual to automatic as much as possible. Manage the upkeep of the created tools and the overall infrastructure Lead smooth transitions to new tools, providing training and support to other employees as needed Reporting and data analysis on team performance and metrics. Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidate must graduate within 18 months of beginning position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in PowerBI with PowerQuery, Excel with PowerQuery, SQL fundamentals. Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. The candidate must be self-motivated and adept at independently researching solutions or acquiring new skills using online resources. Preferred Qualifications: SQL table creation & stored procedures, VBA, DAX, M, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, experience dealing with corporate data manageme Understanding of core supply chain principles, driving forces, and terminology.
