Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Financial Analyst role, preferably within the construction/contractor industry

• Proven experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Forecast, and KPI Reporting

• Demonstrable skills in Financial Analysis and Pro Formas

• Strong understanding of Construction Cost and Revenue Recognition

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling

• Experience using NetSuite for financial management and reporting

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and financial analysis

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred

• Professional accreditation such as CFA or CPA is considered a plus.
